What exactly is a Doctor of Natural Health?
A Doctor of Natural Health (or Traditional Naturopath) focuses on integrative, holistic medicine designed to restore balance within the body’s foundational systems. Unlike traditional medicine, which often manages symptoms, we address root-cause health concerns through a patient-centered approach.
06
Do you help with specific disorders like POTS, IBS, or hormonal imbalances?
Yes. Dr. Kristine specializes in complex physiological patterns, including gut health disorders (IBS, ulcerative colitis), hormone balancing (especially for women 45+), chronic inflammation, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
07
What is the "Triad of Health" philosophy?
Our philosophy is rooted in the Triad of Health—the belief that true wellness requires a balance of structural, chemical, and emotional factors. By addressing all three, we ensure a comprehensive and sustainable path to recovery.
08
What happens during my first Holistic Health consultation?
Your clinical process begins with an in-depth intake and discovery consultation, followed by advanced blood analysis and a detailed evaluation of your health history, lifestyle, and biochemical function. From there, we design a customized protocol tailored to your unique needs.
09
How is "Assisted Stretching" different from a regular massage?
While massage focuses on broad muscle relaxation, our One-on-One Holistic Stretching is a therapist-guided session designed to unlock range of motion, improve posture, and eliminate deep-seated fascial restrictions. It is a structural intervention focused on long-term mobility.
10
Can you help with post-operative recovery or old scar tissue?
Absolutely. We offer specialized Scar Release Therapy to break down internal adhesions and fascial restrictions caused by surgery or injury. This therapy is essential for restoring nerve sensation and freedom of movement after procedures like C-sections or joint replacements.
11
Do I need a doctor’s referral to see your specialists?
No. You can book directly with our team of Strength & Mobility Specialists or Dr. Kristine. However, we frequently collaborate with our clients' existing medical teams to ensure an integrated approach to their recovery.
12
What should I wear to my appointment?
For all hands-on services—including stretching, acupressure, and pain management—please wear comfortable, flexible athletic gear. You will remain fully clothed throughout these therapeutic sessions.
13
Are your protocols safe for individuals with special needs or seniors?
Yes. Our team, led by specialists like Angi and Reece, has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including seniors, post-stroke clients, and individuals with special needs. Every program is adapted for maximum safety and precision.
14
How many sessions will I need to see results?
While some clients feel immediate relief after a single stretching or acupressure session, systemic healing (such as gut health or hormone balancing) is a journey. We develop personalized protocols designed for long-term resilience rather than temporary fixes.
