Reece is a Strength and Mobility Specialist at Peak Stretch and Wellness, bringing an advanced academic background and a clinical, results-driven approach to movement and rehabilitation. He earned his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Tarleton University and holds a certification in Nutrition and Wellness.
Reece began his professional career as an ABA therapist, working closely with children on the autism spectrum, strengthening his ability to deliver individualized, patient-centered care with a high level of attentiveness and compassion.
He specializes in working with post-stroke and post-operative clients, student athletes, older adults, and individuals with special needs. His approach integrates strength development, functional mobility, and neuromuscular re-education to support recovery and long-term wellness.
Kyle is a Strength and Mobility Specialist at Peak Stretch and Wellness, holding a degree in Exercise Science and certifications in personal training, sports performance, corrective exercise, and one-on-one holistic stretching.
His passion for wellness began at a young age through athletics and early exposure to resistance training. As a lifelong soccer player, Kyle has experienced multiple injuries, giving him firsthand insight into rehabilitation and recovery.
Kyle has worked with high-level athletes, post-surgical joint replacement clients, and individuals managing conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and fibromyalgia. His approach emphasizes precision, progressive programming, and individualized care to restore function and optimize performance.
Angi serves as the Lead Strength and Mobility Specialist at Peak Stretch and Wellness, bringing decades of experience in exercise science, corrective movement, and therapeutic recreation. She began her career in the health and fitness field at the age of 17, earning her exercise instructor certification and quickly advancing into roles in aquatic therapy and structured fitness programming.
With a strong foundation in strength training and functional movement, Angi furthered her education through studies in Therapeutic Recreation, allowing her to integrate both physical and cognitive wellness into her approach. She holds advanced certifications in one-on-one holistic stretching, exercise instruction, and senior-focused physical and mental health programming.
Angi’s clinical approach is rooted in precision, safety, and individualized care. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with special needs, and has provided adaptive yoga and movement therapy designed to enhance mobility, stability, and overall quality of life.
Since relocating to Colorado in 2021 with her husband and two children, Angi remains actively engaged in the community through her involvement with Special Olympics of Colorado and the performing arts.
Dr. Kristine Jazwa is a Doctor of Natural Health at Peak Stretch and Wellness, specializing in integrative and holistic medicine with a clinical focus on restoring balance within the body’s foundational systems. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Traditional Naturopathic Medicine and is dedicated to addressing root-cause health concerns through a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
Her areas of specialization include gut health disorders such as IBS and ulcerative colitis, hormone balancing, chronic inflammation, dermatological conditions, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Dr. Kristine is known for her ability to connect complex physiological patterns and develop personalized protocols that support long-term healing and resilience.
Her clinical process begins with an in-depth intake and discovery consultation, followed by advanced blood analysis and a detailed evaluation of each client’s health history, lifestyle, and biochemical function. From there, she designs customized wellness protocols that may include targeted nutrition plans, therapeutic supplementation, herbal medicine, and lifestyle interventions.
In addition to her integrative medical work, Dr. Kristine provides hands-on therapeutic services including one-on-one holistic stretching, acupressure, scar release therapy, and pulse wave therapy, further supporting structural balance, circulation, and whole-body recovery.
